Thomas D. Halket (in Memorium)

A Chartered Arbitrator, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, Member of the "Tech List" (Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center), Member of National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, Member, IDR Group (London), Liveryman of, Worshipful Company of Arbitrators (London) and a member of arbitral panels around the world, Thomas Halket has been an arbitrator for over 30 years. He is an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School where he teaches courses on International Arbitration and on IP transactions and, earlier in his career, he was a partner at Bingham McCutchen and before that at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed.
