Steven A. Certilman, C.Arb, FCIArb, is a Chartered Arbitrator, Accredited Mediator (CEDR) and attorney based in New York, NY and Stamford, CT. He is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, and a full time arbitrator and mediator of international and domestic commercial disputes with a particular focus on IT, IP, e-commerce, outsourcing and licensing cases. He is a frequent author, speaker and trainer in the ADR field, a former adjunct professor of law at Fordham University School of Law. He also served elected trustee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators for six years and was twice elected to serve as chairman of its Board of Trustees. He is also a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the New York Bar Foundation. Mr. Certilman serves on the arbitration and mediation panels of dispute resolution organizations throughout the world including ICDR, AAA, SVAMC Tech List, CAfA, CPR, HKIAC and AIAC.
