Noah Hanft, after serving as President & CEO of the CPR Institute, a global thought leader in the ADR world, and General Counsel and Chief Franchise Officer of one of the world's leading technology and financial services corporations, established AcumenADR LLC. His career experiences as an advocate, neutral and dispute resolution leader have provided him with a unique perspective and deep understanding of arbitration and the needs of users. He has been selected as a panelist and Chair of a number of AAA and FINRA arbitration panels and has mediated over 150 cases. Noah is a fellow of CIArb and is a CEDR certified mediator and the recipient of the International Academy of Mediators 2019 Sidney Lezak Award of Excellence. He has written and lectured extensively on both arbitration and mediation matters around the world, including best practices in conducting virtual arbitrations. Noah is on the mediation, commercial and employment arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association and the panels of distinguished and professional arbitrators and mediators of the CPR Institute. He also is both a FINRA arbitrator and mediator, and is on the NAM, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, EEOC, United States District Court, Southern District and New York State Commercial Division mediation panels. Noah also serves on both the arbitration and mediation panels for the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.
