Highlights of Ben's work include representing East Mediterranean Gas and its investors in successful investment and commercial arbitrations arising out of the termination of natural gas supply from Egypt to Israel in the wake of the Arab Spring, Rusoro Mining in obtaining a US$1.2 billion award against Venezuela for the expropriation of a gold mine, and subsidiaries of Indiana Resources in obtaining the first ever summary dismissal of ICSID annulment claims in a case against Tanzania.
